Annual General meeting 2025-2026
On behalf of the Board of Directors, we are pleased to invite all members in good standing to attend the Halifax Hurricanes Ringette Association Annual General Meeting (AGM).

The AGM is an important opportunity for our association to:
- Review the past season
- Present financial statements
- Share updates and plans for the upcoming year
- Elect members to the Board of Directors
- Conduct any additional association business
Board of Directors - Recruitment
As part of the AGM, we will be electing members to the Board of Directors.
The following positions are up for election, with current board members intending to re-offer in the same role:
- President
- Vice President
- Treasurer
- Registrar
- Director of Intermediate Programming
- Fundraising & Special Events Coordinator
- Ice Scheduler
We sincerely appreciate the continued commitment of these volunteers and their willingness to serve again.
We are also seeking candidates for the following positions:
- Director of Coaching
- Communications Coordinator
- Equipment Coordinator
- 18+
Note: A current board member intends to stand for election to the Director of Coaching position.
These roles are a great opportunity to get involved and help shape the future of Hurricanes Ringette. We strongly encourage any interested members to consider putting their name forward.
